Brady Johnson put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out nine batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
