After losing to Fosston the last time they met, Lake Park-Audubon decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Lake Park-Audubon snuck past Fosston with a 19-14 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Lake Park-Audubon.
The win got Lake Park-Audubon back to even at 2-2. Fosston are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Lake Park-Audubon take on Mahnomen at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Fosston will stay at home against Badger/Greenbush-Middle River at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses for Fosston and three for Badger/Greenbush-Middle River.
