Mekhi Simmons Delivers Best Effort of Season
Bishop Eustace Prep was led to victory by Mekhi Simmons, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Simmons rushed for 216 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 78-yard run.
Wildwood's probably not too fond of Simmons given he always seems to get the better of them. Simmons rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Warriors duked it out back in September of 2023.

A Season-Best Effort from Roman Faiola Leads Bishop Eustace Prep over Wildwood
On Friday, Bishop Eustace Prep got the W thanks in part to Roman Faiola playing the best football he has all season. Faiola rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 111 yards and a touchdown on only seven passes. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023.
This year, Faiola has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 57.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to three.
