Concord extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Lilie Vandenburg. The Yellowjackets walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bronson Vikings on Saturday with plenty of help from Vandenburg, who had 12 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last four games she's played.
Despite the defeat, Bronson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hadley Wagaman had 19 digs and ten assists.
Concord's win bumped their record up to 24-8-3. As for Bronson, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 26-15-6 record.
Looking ahead, Concord will host Dansville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bronson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
