Phillips' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lawrence Horton, who scored 26 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Amari Edwards, who scored 18 points along with six assists.
Phillips has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Englewood Stem, they bumped their record down to 5-12 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
