Westside has been on a difficult stretch since their win on March 3. They lost 8-0 to the Episcopal Wildcats on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Westside of the 7-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Westside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Episcopal, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0-1.

Westside will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Memphis at 5:00 p.m. on the 10th. As for Episcopal, they have already played their next match, a 2-2 draw against Baptist Prep on the 2nd.
