Bangor and New Buffalo pushed the score to 9-1 the last time they played New Buffalo, but on Saturday defenses reigned supreme. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bison. The result was nothing new for Bangor as the squad haven't won a game since September 15th.

Bangor's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-3. As for New Buffalo, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1-2.

Coming up, Bangor will face off against Hartford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Bangor will need to watch out since Hartford have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests. As for New Buffalo, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-0 defeat against South Haven on the 27th.
