Burroughs put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 58-19 win over Agoura.
Mariam Fahs was her usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with 3 steals. The match was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashley Martin, who scored 9 points along with 8 rebounds.
Glendale meant business on Tuesday, getting buckets from all over the court against a Titans squad that has allowed just 26.75 points per contest. Glendale was the clear victor by a 58-37 margin over San Marino. 58 seems to be a good number for Glendale as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Burroughs' victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Glendale, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Burroughs didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Glendale in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 56-50 victory. Will Burroughs repeat their success, or does Glendale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
