After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wall, Kadoka was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Bennett County Warriors as the Kadoka Kougars made off with a 40-16 victory. With the Kougars ahead 28-8 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Kadoka's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gus Stout led the charge by rushing for 164 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 48 receiving yards. Kole Hermann was another key back, rushing for 126 yards and a touchdown.
Kadoka's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Karson Eisenbraun and Jerrett Hutchinson.
