A Season-Best Effort from Tymond Foxx Leads Largo over Crossland
Largo was led to victory by Tymond Foxx, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Foxx rushed for 301 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Foxx must have Crossland's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Foxx rushed for 236 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries the last time he and the Cavaliers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Zion Walford Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Zion Walford posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He wasn't messing around, making two total tackles. The match was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 50 yards.
The win was the third in a row for Gwynn Park, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. It'll be a Battle of the Bugs Yellowjackets dukes it out withSurrattsville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Joshua Harper produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Central to the win on Friday. Harper picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
On the year, Harper has averaged 7.8 total tackles per game and for the season has 2 interceptions. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one receiving touchdown. This year he is already up to three.
