The Red Boiling Springs Bulldogs pushed their score all the way to 59 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Pickett County 65-59. While losing is never fun, Red Boiling Springs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 269th, while the Bobcats are ranked 94th).

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Boiling Springs will take on the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Monroe County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four games -- so hopefully the Bulldogs like a good challenge.
