The Lakeside Rams will face off against the Robinson Senators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Grady Ohman had a dynamite game for Lakeside, rushing for 133 yards and five touchdowns on only 15 carries. Ohman's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season. Ben Vincent did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 92 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, Robinson was able to grind out a solid win over Jonesboro on Friday, taking the game 25-17.
Robinson wouldn't let Jonesboro keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Isiah Reese, Kaleb Doucette, and Michael Hayes picked up one apiece. That's the most total yards Hayes has posted since back in September of 2023. Robinson got some further help from Corey Crusterson Jr.??: he made 11 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended a pass.
Lakeside's record is now 2-0. As for Robinson, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.
Things could have been worse for Lakeside, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 40-21 loss to Robinson when the teams last played back in August of 2017. Can Lakeside avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
