The Weeping Water Indians entered their tilt with the Sacred Heart Irish with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Weeping Water came out on top in a nail-biter against Sacred Heart on Thursday and snuck past 41-39. For Weeping Water, this counts as revenge for the 56-37 loss Sacred Heart walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Weeping Water to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brinkley Mcadams, who scored seven points along with 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Emily Ridge, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Weeping Water has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Sacred Heart, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-4.
Weeping Water does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Sacred Heart also has no future games currently scheduled.
