Madison Babasa made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples and two runs. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played.
In other batting news, Jayci Trimble was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Genevieve Casazza, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
