Park Vista is 8-2 against Boca Raton since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Cobras will take on the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Park Vista 3.7, Boca Raton 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Park Vista is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Santaluces 22-1. The Cobras might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.
Max Maynes looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March.

On the hitting side, Blake Bagwell was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Hunter Bruce, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Park Vista always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .684. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Boca Raton earned a 5-1 victory over Spanish River on Tuesday. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
The team relied heavily on Dylan Zidar, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs.
Park Vista's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Boca Raton, their win bumped their record up to 14-8.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Park Vista has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.6 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Boca Raton struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 3.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Park Vista came out on top in a nail-biter against Boca Raton in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, sneaking past 4-2. Will the Cobras repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
