Fountain-Fort Carson had lost six games at home dating back to last season, but after bumping their record up to 5-1 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over the Canon City Tigers. While the Trojans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
