On Friday, Lamoni put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were the clear victor by a 52-22 margin over Moravia. Lamoni were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. The game pushed Moravia down to 2-3 and pulled Lamoni up to the reverse at 3-2.
Next week Lamoni take on Seymour/Moulton-Udell at 7:00 PM. Lamoni are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Seymour/Moulton-Udell are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses. As for Moravia, they will face off against Mormon Trail. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
