The Creekside Seminoles will challenge the Midtown Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Creekside knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Midtown likes a good challenge.
Creekside's offense will try to repeat the strong performance it gave on Friday, when they got past Jackson's usually-dominant defense. The Seminoles blew past the Jaguars, posting a 44-7 victory. Fans of the Seminoles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Creekside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gary Walker led the charge by rushing for 133 yards and one TD on only 12 carries. That's the most rushing yards Walker has posted since back in August. Cayden Benson was another key passer, throwing for 160 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 passes.
Creekside didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of ETHAN JONES and Tavarre Terrell. Terrell is also crushing it when it comes to sacks: he's posted at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Major Levell was another major factor on D, making nine total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, Midtown scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 59-40 bruising from Mays. The Knights have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Creekside's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-0. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 42.8 points thus far. As for Midtown, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's matchup: Creekside has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 439.7 total yards per game. It's a different story for Midtown, though, as they've been averaging only 164.2 total yards. Will Creekside be able to march up the field at their leisure again, or will the Knights flip the script?
Everything came up roses for Creekside against Midtown when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 56-12 victory. In that contest, the Seminoles amassed a halftime lead of 42-12, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
