The Albany Lions will be playing at home against the Hamlin Pied Pipers at 7:45 p.m. Hamlin took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Albany, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2023 than the 63-25 stomp they got on the road against Sidney. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Albany.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 70 points the game before, Hamlin were a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They were dealt a 58-18 loss at the hands of Westbrook.
Albany's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Hamlin, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.
Everything came up roses for Albany against Hamlin in their previous meeting back in January as the squad secured a 66-29 win. Will Albany repeat their success, or does Hamlin have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
