First place in the league belongs to
Loveless Academic Magnet Program, which has compiled a 21-15 overall record to go with its 7-1 league record. The Wildcats sit 1.00 game back in second, with a 6-2 record in league play.
Trinity Presbyterian's pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only 34 hits and 13 walks, both of which led the league. The Wildcats have given up a mere 206 hits on the year in addition to compiling 177 strikeouts.
Allen Wood is the leader in that category with 50 Ks on the season.
Will Holland led all closers in the league this week by notching two for Trinity Presbyterian. He ranks first in the league with four saves this season.

William Stabler finished his week with eight hits, tops in 3A Area 4. On the season, he's hitting .308 and ranks fifth in the league with 32 hits.
