Friendship Collegiate Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kahmya Dixon, who scored 18 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Miyazia Harris, who scored 20 points along with 5 rebounds.
McKinley Tech's loss came despite strong showings from Jemima Bomoyi and Tatiana Salvador. Bomoyi scored 8 points along with 3 steals, while Salvador scored 0 points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, McKinley Tech struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Friendship Collegiate Academy pulled down 18.

Friendship Collegiate Academy will head out on the road to face off against Eastern at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for McKinley Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wakefield at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
