Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chadwick). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Cate Rams 55-20. The Dolphins pushed the score to 48-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rams had no chance of recovering from.
A big part of Chadwick's win came down to the chemistry between Bryson Edgar and his top target Benjamin Wandrick. Edgar threw for 221 yards and five TDs while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt while Wandrick rushed for 167 yards and one score while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. That's the most passing yards Edgar has posted since back in September of 2024. Ezekial Robel was in the mix as well, providing Chadwick with one touchdown.
Chadwick was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 230 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 180 rushing yards in six consecutive matchups.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Chadwick's defense and their 3.5 sacks. Chris Carpenter was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself. Chadwick received some extra help from Robel, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
Chadwick pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.8 points over those games. As for Cate, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
