Sycamore (Ill.) both received superb games from their defenses, but Morris was able to break through the stalemate for a 13-0 win.

Collin Grogan in the first quarter, Morris led 7-0 at the half.
MHS expanded its lead to 13 points entering the fourth quarter. The Redskins' lone score in the quarter came on a
Zach Cinnamon touchdown run.
With the win Morris extended its winning streak to six games. MHS defeated the Foxes 41-17 last week.
Cinnamon played well for the Redskins in the victory. The senior quarterback ran for one touchdown. He has now scored four touchdowns on the season.
Morris came into the game allowing 8.4 points per game.
MHS also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 43-19.
Sycamore (4-2) will play a Northern Illinois Big 12 - East game against Rochelle next week, while Morris (6-0) will take on DeKalb also in a Northern Illinois Big 12 - East game.
