The Citizens Christian Academy Patriots lost against the Westfield School Hornets back in November of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Citizens Christian Academy took a 51-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets. While losing is never fun, Citizens Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 274th, while the Hornets are ranked 86th).
Despite the loss, Citizens Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Addy Harris, who scored two points along with nine rebounds and seven steals. Harris has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
Citizens Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Westfield School, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Citizens Christian Academy will challenge the Wildcats at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Westfield School, they will head out on the road to take on the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Anne-Pacelli will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive.
