Roseville will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Oakmont in at Roseville Stadium.
Roseville had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They steamrollered Bear Creek 52-0.
Meanwhile,, Oakmont couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 24-49 walloping at Atwater hands.
Roseville's lifted them to 1-0 while Oakmont's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Roseville can add another positive mark to their record or if Oakmont can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Roseville's step.
