The Milton Panthers put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 58-25 victory over Pace. Milton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Leading Milton to victory were Sergio Robinson and Treymar Jones. Robinson scored 15 points, while Jones scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds. The contest was Robinson's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher Jaylen mckinley, who scored 11 points.
Milton's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Pace, the last time they won on the road was back last Thursday. Having now lost three straight away contests, they've bumped their record down to 2-5.
Milton will face off against North Bay Haven Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. North Bay Haven Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Pace, they will head out on the road to face off against Crestview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Crestview's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
