They were just one part of a punishing run game: Bixby was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 215 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 158 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Bixby's defense and their four sacks. Nathan Hobbs was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.
Despite the loss, Owasso still got an impressive performance from Drew Frankenfield, who threw for 285 yards and one TD while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 34 yards. A healthy portion of Frankenfield's aerial production (117 yards to be exact) went to Julius Wilson.
