Tuesday just wasn't the day for Otsego's offense. They fell 3-0 to the Paw Paw Red Wolves on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Audrey Lingbeek spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Otsego saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sydneigh Mosher, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double marked the first that Mosher has hit this season.

Otsego's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Paw Paw, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

While Otsego had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
