The Don Soffer Aventura Barracuda will head out on the road to face off against the LaSalle Royal Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Don Soffer Aventura focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Thursday.
Don Soffer Aventura's three-game losing streak came to an end. They came out on top against Sheridan Hills Christian by a score of 52-44.
Don Soffer Aventura can attribute much of their success to Nimrod Amiel Eilon, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Amiel Eilon, who scored eight points along with two steals.
LaSalle suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Wednesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 53-33 walloping at the hands of Sports Leadership & Management. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat LaSalle has suffered against Sports Leadership & Management since February 2, 2018.
Don Soffer Aventura now has a winning record of 5-4. As for LaSalle, they have fallen quite a ways from their 14-6 record last season and are now at 2-8.
Don Soffer Aventura was taken down by LaSalle 64-29 in their previous matchup back in November of 2022. Can Don Soffer Aventura avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
