After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Schuylkill Haven, Minersville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past Weatherly 21-1. The Battlin' Miners haven't had any issues with Weatherly recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
Cali Laudeman looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
