Logan Smith continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 17 rebounds. Dawson Owen was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with two steals.
Liberty's win ended a 16-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 8-11. As for Greenville Tech Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty will take on Chesnee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chesnee has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 535 points over their last eight matches. As for Greenville Tech Charter, they will head out on the road to challenge Landrum at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Landrum is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.
