Frenchtown will venture away from home to challenge Hamilton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Frenchtown will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.
Frenchtown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Montana's top teams: Corvallis, who was ranked seventh at the time (Frenchtown was ranked second). The Broncs blew past the Blue Devils 15-4 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Broncs, who have now won five matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
Brooks Day made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
In other pitching news, Braxton Rodoni looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Those three stolen bases gave Warner a new career-high. Cash Mickey was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs.

Florence-Carlton hit Hamilton with a four-run seventh inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Broncs fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 5-4. The contest marked the Broncs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.
Frenchtown's record is now 8-0. As for Hamilton, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
Frenchtown skirted past Hamilton 4-3 in their previous matchup back in May of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for Frenchtown since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
