Make it five blowout wins for the Bethany Bronchos this season. They breezed by Tuttle at home to the tune of 70-41. Winning may never get old, but Bethany sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Bethany got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kayten Donley out in front who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. Donley hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Zya Vann was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five steals.
Despite the loss, Tuttle still got an impressive performance from Allie Rehl, who scored 21 points. Rehl is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Courtlyn Traxler, who scored six points.
Bethany's win was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46.82 points. As for Tuttle, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethany will play host again and welcome Clinton, where tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clinton is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Tuttle, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cache at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Cache will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 206th, while Tuttle is ranked 36th).
