Brawley was the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They were fully in charge on Thursday, breezing past Indio 56-0. The margin was wide but not a surprise since Brawley are ranked far ahead of Indio in the MaxPreps state rankings.
The win bumped Brawley's record up to 2-1. The loss dropped Indio's record to 0-2.
Brawley will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Yuma Catholic at Brawley at 7:00 PM. As for Indio, they will face off against Shadow Hills.
