Hylton extended the longest winning streak in 6A Conference 4 this week by beating Forest Park, 28-12. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Hylton's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Travon McMillian threw for 76 yards and Terrin Allen had 40 yards receiving. On the ground Renardo Willis contributed 154 yards. DJ Wright helped Hylton's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 24 yards.
Willis was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 30 carries, he ran for 154 yards as Tony Lilly's team bested the Bruins. McMillian also contributed to the rushing game with 89 yards on the ground.
Hylton's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. McMillian has thrown for 1,357 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Allen has 32 catches for 680 yards. McMillian also leads the league in rushing with 1,449 yards.
Gar-Field made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,384 from 7,625. The advance stemmed from a 19-6 victory over the Indians last week.
