Meanwhile, Woburn Memorial couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They might be aching after a bruising 7-35 loss to North Andover.
Burlington's win lifted them to 2-0 while Woburn Memorial's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll see if Burlington's success rolls on or if Woburn Memorial are able to steal their positive momentum.
