There's no place like home for Assumption, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They breezed by the Rockwood Summit Falcons to the tune of 60-22 on Saturday. The Rockets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Assumption got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Se'Rae Palmer out in front who posted 12 points. That's the most points Palmer has posted since back in December of 2024. Tia Ice also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Assumption's record is now 17-5. As for Rockwood Summit, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Assumption will challenge Butler at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Assumption is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64 points per game this season. As for Rockwood Summit, they are taking a road trip to face off against Lutheran South at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
