After losing to Covington-Douglas the last time they met, Coyle decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bluejackets strolled past the Wildcats with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 48-32.

Coyle's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Covington-Douglas, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.
