While Richland won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 25-22.
Richland can attribute much of their success to Casey Yost, who had nine digs.
Bishop Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 13-7-1. As for Richland, their win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-4-2.
