Belton-Honea Path extended their winning streak to 14 games thanks to a huge performance from Mj Earl. The Bears blew past the Powdersville Patriots 35-7 on Friday with plenty of help from Earl, who rushed for 212 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 100.8 rushing yards per game.

Belton-Honea Path didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Jacus Paul, KJ Miles Jr, and Demarion Chester picked up one apiece.

Belton-Honea Path's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Powdersville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 11-3 record.

Looking ahead, Belton-Honea Path will face off against Oceanside Collegiate Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Noah Thomas and Aiden Manavian. Powdersville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
