Everything came up roses for the Talawanda Brave against the Blanchester Wildcats on Friday as the team secured a 37-7 win. The result was nothing new for the Brave, who have now won nine matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
Lance Cantrell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 160 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Hainline, who rushed for 70 yards and one score on only six carries.
Talawanda's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Sam Yoches was especially locked on to Blanchester's QB and sacked him twice.
