There's no place like home for Peoria Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Delavan Panthers on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Chargers as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Peoria Christian never let Delavan on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22.

Peoria Christian's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 15-12. As for Delavan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-19.

Coming up, Peoria Christian will host ROWVA/Williamsfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delavan, they will head out on the road to square off against Elmwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
