The North Sand Mountain Bison will head out on the road to face off against the Locust Fork Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
After soaring to 51 points the game before, North Sand Mountain were a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They took a serious blow against Collinsville, falling 56-7.
Meanwhile, Locust Fork put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past West End, posting a 51-12 win on the road. Fans of Locust Fork have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
It was another big night for "dino" Dylan embry, who rushed for 145 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 167 yards and a touchdown on only 14 passes. Landon "lando" keith also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Collinsville's win bumped their season record to 7-2 while North Sand Mountain's loss dropped theirs to 5-4.
