While West Point didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 51-44 win over the Shannon Red Raiders on Tuesday. The Green Wave's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

West Point's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Shannon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, West Point will take on Tishomingo County at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Shannon, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against West Union at 7:30 p.m.
