Pinewood put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Cloverdale Eagles with a sharp 61-38 victory. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Pinewood got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Braxton Kimura out in front who posted 12 points and six assists. Kimura is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Josh Tian was another key player, putting up 15 points and eight boards.

Pinewood's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Cloverdale, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pinewood will host Basis Independent Silicon Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cloverdale, they will be playing at home against Middletown at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
