Cleburne won the last time they faced Everman and things went their way on Friday too. The Yellowjackets blew past the Bulldogs 8-1. Considering the Yellowjackets have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Cleburne and bumps their season record up to 12-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Everman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 17 of their last 20 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-22 record this season.
