Oaks Christian's Darik Holmes recorded the longest rushing play in Marmonte - West this season in his game against Moorpark last week. Holmes' team bested the Musketeers as he sprinted for 73 yards on the play and finished with 149 in all.
Oaks Christian extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Moorpark, 49-21. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Agoura's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jack Barmasse threw for 337 and 6 touchdowns and Matthew Goldberg had 146 yards receiving. Oaks Christian's Dawkins and Davis have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-4 quarterback Dawkins has thrown for 2,823 yards this season, while Davis has 79 catches for 1,463 yards. Agoura's Bar leads the league in rushing yards with 1,635.
Charlie Wegher's team's Barmasse is within 66 passing yards of surpassing 2,000 on the season coming into this week's game against St. Bonaventure. Accruing a total of 19 touchdowns this year, Barmasse has thrown for 1,934 yards with 4 interceptions.
The Lions took down the Musketeers 49-21 last week, the largest margin of any game. Dawkins ran for 54 yards during the win.
