Mountlake Terrace put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors to the tune of 45-7. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-0.
Owen Boswell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 213 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry, and also picking up 30 receiving yards and one score. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Mountlake Terrace also got a significant boost from Mason Wilson, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 80 yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mountlake Terrace was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 358 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 240 rushing yards in nine consecutive games dating back to last season.
