Chandler dropped down to 8-2 on Friday, ending the team's seven-game streak of wins. The matchup between the Wolves and the Hamilton Huskies didn't end well, with the Wolves falling 55-41. The Wolves were up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

When it comes to explaining why Chandler lost, don't look at Will Mencl. Despite the final result, he threw for 238 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 37 yards and a pair of touchdowns. 109 of Mencl's passing yards were hauled in by Jai Jones, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
