CHASE FREDENBURG posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out eight batters over 6.1 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
